This policy explains our refund, return, and warranty terms. This limited warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
30-Day Easy Returns
If you purchased your product directly from pawnini.com, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the return requirements below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a refund:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

The product must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Important Hygiene Notice
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Automatic feeders

Water fountains

Grooming tools

Bowls and feeding accessories
This does not affect your rights under our warranty for defective products.
Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if a prepaid return label is provided.

Pawnini is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized products

Products returned without original packaging or accessories

Returns sent without prior authorization
Return Process
To request a return:

Contact Pawnini Customer Support at support@pawnini.com within 30 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization.

Ship the item back following the provided instructions.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product and will be issued to the original payment method.
Warranty Policy
12-Month Limited Warranty
All Pawnini products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
If your product develops a manufacturing defect or stops functioning properly during the warranty period, Pawnini will, at your choice:

Issue a full or partial refund
Pawnini reserves the right to determine whether the product qualifies for warranty coverage.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (filters, batteries, brushes, grooming attachments, etc.)

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, pet damage, or improper maintenance

Products altered or repaired by unauthorized parties

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Second-hand or resale products

Lost or stolen items

Damage caused by liquids, fire, power surges, or natural disasters
Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim:

If a replacement is approved, Pawnini will cover the shipping cost for the replacement unit.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawnini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
